In this project the client renovated the historic, landmarked Fulton Fish Market building into a IPIC cinema & retail area. Included in the scope was the removal & installation of (7) new Truss systems exceeding 12’ in depth by 90’ in length. The operation required jacking the building to impose the load into the new Trusses. In addition, USW was responsible for raising & lowering floor elevations & column removal.
