Design, Detail, Fabricate, delivery and install all Structural Steel required to renovate and upgrade the existing warehouse to the current NBC Sports Headquarters. This included reinforcing of flooring, extension and new floor framing and feature Canopy and Connector Roof Framing. The most interesting part of this project was the removal of several columns which was achieved with the installation of (2) 6’ deep x 90’ plate girders on the roof of the building.
